Shipping - We ship worldwide!

  • Shipping is calculated automatically with the Australian Post website. Cost of postage is based on weight, destination and option selected.
  • To obtain an estimate for shipping, add items to cart and proceed to checkout.
  • All items will be shipped within 1-3 business days unless contacted and stated otherwise.
  • On all international orders, aside from the shipping cost, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to shipping companies fault, however we will do our best to resolve the issue.
  • All shipments will have a tracking number

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Return shipping costs will be at customers expense.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • If your return passes our inspection, you will receive a store credit or product of equal value.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • We DO NOT offer refunds due to change of mind.
  • If your product is faulty or is not as described then a refund will be considered.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
